		RITMO TANGOTM stars and is produced/choreographed/directed by ALBERTO TOLEDANO and LOREEN ARBUS. The critically acclaimed show is the first and only theatrical, touring Argentine Tango stage show to originate in the United States. It premiered in 1994 at the Fountain Theatre in Hollywood. The following year, the show was presented at Luna Park in Los Angeles, where its sell-out status led it to be extended four times for a five-month record-breaking run, and went on to a successful engagement in Las Vegas. RITMO TANGOTM has since played to full houses at many other venues throughout the country. RITMO TANGOTM, a company of 12, features dancers, musicians, and a singer. All the dancers were trained by Alberto and Loreen. The full-length show runs 2 hours (including intermission) and includes 18 dance solos/group numbers; instrumentals; traditional songs. There are costume changes for every dance number which include duos, trios, two couples and full company. The program is rich in diversity: classical, comedic, narrative. The show is available to tour world-wide. The length of the show and/or number of artists can be accomodated to varying venues/budgets. ALBERTO and LOREEN wish former RITMO TANGOTM company member Beverly Durand continued success as she travels all over the world with FOREVER TANGO. Beverly has been dancing for 18 years, primarily trained in ballet and modern. She studied Argentine tango with Alberto Toledano and Loreen Arbus and was featured in their critically acclaimed show "Ritmo Tango" in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. -Published Program Notes
